Certified as a diversity trainer and expert on implicit bias, Edward L. Palmer is the Senior Pastor for The Sign Of The Dove Ministries, International, located in Radcliff, Kentucky. In addition, he has ignited various social programs to restore the broken and disenfranchised by centering on educating, establishing and empowering others. Pastor Palmer chairs or serves on many boards and state committees. He is the Vice-Chair of the National Coalition for Juvenile Justice. He is Chair of the Kentucky Subcommittee on Equity and Justice for All Youth (SEJAY), and he is a member of the Juvenile Justice Advisory Board (JJAB), where he works to eliminate disproportionate minority contact with law enforcement.
